There's simply nothing more annoying than programs that refuse to uninstall when you ask them to.
Some unscrupulous developers make sure that their programs are as hard to remove as possible while other things like malware get totally rooted in your system and Windows uninstaller can do little to help. It then takes an additional snapshot after the installation has completed and performs an automatic comparison of the two. The program displays any changes that have been made in a tree view, highlighting all registry values and/or files that have been added, changed or deleted.
